Name:Maikoda SpiritWalker ((Maya-Koda))
Age: 16 years
Roleplayed By:Matsi (shadow45wolf45)
Animal: Dire Wolf
Personality: Maikoda SpiritWalker is a very sweet girl who usually acts before she thinks. She likes to help, but will even harm her closest friends to help her brother. She is usually very brave, but is terrified of spiders and anything with more than six legs. If she is aggravated enough, her attitude can explode into a full fury that even her older brother is scared of. She is usually bull headed and stubborn. It takes a lot of convincing to get her to change her mind or to make a choice. She hates choices and tries to avoid them at all times.
History: Maikoda was originally born Maya Lynn Patterson. Both of her parents were full time volunteers of many different Native American tribes, but mainly the Sawtooth tribe, which was a tribe mixed of many different types of native americans. When Maikoda was 6 months old, her shifting abilities were found out. Her parents, after having one shifting child, knew exactly what to do and took the young shifter girl to the SawTooth Tribe leader. The chief told Maikoda's parents that she, like her brother, was a ''Spirit Walker'', one born to connect the animal, human and spirit worlds, and she was to be renamed. She was renamed Maikoda, because Maikoda means Moon, and the wolf is a common creature with the moon. Her ''last name'' was then changed to SpiritWalker to show her position in the tribe and the world.
When Maikoda was three years old, her parents got into a terrible car accident while on a trip. Maikoda and her brother were with the Tribe, as with every one of their parents' trips, when their parents died. Both shifters were soon adopted by the Chief of the tribe, Chief Naaka-Hay.
Maikoda and her brother grew up happily with the tribe. Maikoda took up the fun task of hunting for the tribe in her animal form, which helped the tribe gain enough food during the winter months, and help her get into shape and burn off energy.
When Maikoda was ten years old, herself and her brother were confronted by the government while at a powwow and were taken away. Maikoda was only in the governments grasps for a year before she escaped with her brother, but only a few weeks after escaping, her brother was captured. She then wandered the land alone, as an orphan.
When Maikoda was 14 years old, She was wandering a large city searching for food when a young man caught her attention. The young man was a government person who was sent out to capture more shape shifters, (Searchers). On closer inspection of the Searcher, Maikoda was shocked to find out that it was her brother. She revealed her presence to him, and for a year and a half, she lived in the city with secret help from her brother. But then two days after her birthday, Maikoda was found by another searcher and returned to the government for testing of various types. Later did she find out that her brother had turned her in. She holds great anger toward her brother, but she cant seem to bring herself to hate him.
Appearance: Human Form: Standing at 5'4'' and weighing 118 pounds, Maikoda is on a little bit of the small side. Her skin, unlike the members of the SawTooth Tribe, is fair and smooth. She tans just very little, but never burns for some odd reason. Her eyes are a soft bronze-copper color that seems to be moving like liquid bronze and copper, swirling together. Her hair is a long and silky copper blanket that falls down to her hips. Her build is lean, but her muscles are well developed due to her continuous exercise when growing up. She is often found wearing a tight white t-shirt, white zip-up hoodie and baggy dark blue jeans. Around her neck, she wears a leather necklace. The charm is a sky blue dream catcher with a bead of sapphire, ruby and ebony in the webbing. Three tails hangs from the dream catcher. The two edge tails hold the claw of a falcon, and the center the baby fang of a tiger.
Wolf Form: Maikoda's wolf form is quite different. She stands 17 hands high (68 inches) tall at her withers. Her weight is often around 845 pounds. Her pelt is a soft golden color with darker brown markings and some flecks of grey and cream. Her eyes are the same as in human form, the bronze-copper color. Her body is lean and the muscles can be seen rippling under her pelt when she moves, especially when she trots. Her canine fangs are about nine inches long, and the claws on her massive paws are 2-3 inches long.
